Hitting the High Notes: an article by Joel SpolskyPrinting version

03.05.2012

We have long wanted to share our impressions of an article called Hitting the High Notes by Joel Spolsky, a well-known programmer.

The article is well worth reading! What’s more, its first part discusses the advantages of using competent programmers versus mediocre ones. The conclusion is drawn that you shouldn’t be afraid to hire best specialists to your IT team – even if they cost you more. Nobody will do a specific task as effectively as an expert will!

We try to hold the same idea, which completely meets our philosophy.
