Paul Maslennikov
Director and mastermind of itseedbed. Having completed his third year at the Kiev Institute of International Relations in Ukraine, Pavel left for Germany for 1.5 years. He studied business administration and business computing at the University of Passau in Bavaria, and also worked at the Munich office of KPMG, the world-famous consulting firm. Afterwards, he returned to Ukraine and graduated from the Institute of International Relations with honors. He worked for several years as a freelancer and then created TAITSERVE – Translation and IT Services, which offered services in programming, web development, and written translations. In 2010, it was decided to spin off the IT and translation divisions into separate companies. Thus in place of TAITSERVE there are now rightdecisiongroup, finephrase and, of course, itseedbed.
Speaks German and English.
Hobbies: soccer, boxing, NHL, chess, cars, Amy Jade Winehouse.
Dmitry Maslennikov
Paul's younger brother. Dmitry has been interested in computers and programming from a young age. He graduated from the Mathematics Department of Donetsk National University in Ukraine, majoring in mathematical and computer modeling. The subject of his diploma work was "Designing a Social Network". Even before graduation, he interned at several IT companies. As a new graduate, he worked at a company specializing in Java programming. In 2009, he joined the team at (what was then called) TAITSERVE and acquitted himself well as a project manager. At itseedbed, he combines the duties of deputy director and project manager.
